Golden Exchange Policy


Do you want to exchange what you ordered for a different size or something else completely?!

Don't worry, we got you!

+ Golden accepts exchanges for most items when initiated within 10 days from the date of delivery. In order for your exchange to be accepted, please make sure the item(s) is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition. Merchandise must be free of animal hair, fragrance, make-up, self tanner, deodorant, etc., so please be mindful when trying your item(s) on, as we are unable to accept garments with visible signs of wear such as these. Hang tags and hygienic liners must still be in place, having not ever been removed. 

+ Sale items are Final Sale. We do not offer price adjustments on previous purchases. 

+ To submit an exchange, email us at: hello.goldenshop@gmail.com with the subject: EXCHANGE and include your order number. If you know what you'd like to change the item(s) for, this is a great time to let us know so we can set it aside for you.

+ Golden will send you a Pre-Paid Mailing Label via email. Just stick that on your exchange order and place it in the mail within 10 days of the day you received your order.

+ When Golden receives the item(s) we'll issue you a store credit. You can use that store credit for anything else you'd like at any time.
